The experts of the Russia-OECD Center participated in a Cambridge study!
Antonina Levashenko, head of the Russia-OECD Center, as well as the center's experts Ivan Ermokhin and Alexandra Koval took part in the writing of the study "GLOBAL CRYPTOASSET REGULATORY LANDSCAPE STUDY".
The study was conducted by the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance. As part of the study, a detailed analysis of the legal regulation of crypto active assets in various jurisdictions was carried out. The report focuses on financial regulation.
The research group considered three main issues related to crypto assets: 1) the nature and form of the assets; 2) token creation, initial supply and trading in the secondary market; and 3) intermediary activities in token trading in the secondary market.
These aspects have been investigated in 23 jurisdictions. In particular, within the study, the experts of the Russia-OECD Center presented the regulation related to crypto active assets in Russia.
